The Duality of Grief

As you exericse, the movement will push you forward. The pain will wash over your tired body, helping to give a deep strength to your exhaused soul.

By pushing your body, you are expanding yoru senses, experiencing a physical relase that is cathartic beyond anything I can explain with simple words.

Exercise may be the first time you feel the duality that is grief-the happiness of personal accomplisment couple with the sadness of doing it without them.

This duality will be your new compainion and will accompany you for the rest of your days. Nearly all happy moments will have a touch of pain, though the pain will eventually no longer debilitate you. The duality will remind you of life’s preciousness and your limited time to do all the things you dream of doing.

Fitness will give rise to those dreams and power to your altered future.
