For more than ten years, Michelle has been writing, speaking, lecturing, and proving that living life well after loss is a choice. By encouraging people to heal their bodies and minds, Michelle gives practice, life-enhancing tools, motivation, and steps towards a new start and a better life. Michelle’s way of storytelling will connect deeply with your group, and her honest, raw, and inspiring message will make a lasting impact on every stage she has the joy of reaching.

Michelle has been the keynote speaker and educator for The Navy Seal Foundation, Wings for Widows, and Third Option Foundation, Grief’s Journey, to name a few. She has also spoken and led breakout groups at the TAPS annual conference in Washington DC (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors), New York, Life, MOPS, and the Motion Picture Television Fund in Los Angeles.

In addition, Michelle runs adventure workshops and events worldwide, from Bali to Peru and Italy; her team travels to inspire people to live their most intentional life.
