We just wrapped up our first session of RISE UP for 2025 and I’m just so proud of everyone’s hard work!
So many amazing results not just physically but mentally and emotionally too!
Today, I want to brag on Cathy who just rocked her program!!

Cathy in her own words…
“I have been working on me for a few years and have had a good handle on consistent workouts for over a year- but I had not seen much change so I decided to do this Rise challenge and really focuse on nutrition and protein- this Rise gave me the push and more tools to be successful.
I am grateful for the knowledge I gained from our coaches, the encouragement I received from my accountability partners and inspiration that I got from reading everyone’s posts. It has all made an impact. Thank you all
I haven’t stepped on a scale yet but I went dress shopping this weekend for a wedding next month – I have always hated dress shopping! Everything I initially grabbed was way too big . I went down 2 dress sizes and got an amazing dress that I feel awesome in!”

Michelle, in her own words…
“Changing my mindset has been a challenge for me. What I see in the mirror looks different from what I see in pictures. In the ladies’ room at work yesterday, I looked in the mirror and felt great; I looked skinnier. I took a picture to compare to the other in the app. However, when I looked at the picture, that feeling went away.
That’s when I decided to change my mindset. I thought, ‘Screw those pictures; what I see in real time is what matters.
Comparing the pictures in my app showed a distinct physical change. I am proud of my progress, but I am more proud of the mental change.
When I look at a beautiful beach, I don’t take a picture and say it’s ugly. So why do we do that to ourselves?”
Michelle, I’m so proud of not only your physical work but especially your mental work. Keep it up!
